Sloped or Uneven Yard Limiting What You Can Build?

A yard that slopes toward the house, drops off at the back fence, or sits at two different levels is hard to plan around. Patios end up smaller than you wanted, planting beds never look quite right, and whole sections of the yard go unused. You’re paying for that square footage in Surprise, AZ. It should be space you actually enjoy.

Custom Retaining Walls Designed for Your Surprise, AZ Yard

We design every retaining wall around your yard’s grade and how you want to use the space. That might mean terracing a slope into level planting beds, raising a patio area, wrapping a fire pit with a seating wall, or framing a crisp edge along the property line. Our crew handles the full install: layout, excavation, compacted base, drainage behind the wall, and a finish that matches your pavers and landscaping. The result is a wall that looks intentional and holds up for years.

Retaining Wall Options for Every Style and Budget

From clean, modern block to rugged natural stone, we build retaining walls in a range of materials and styles to match your home and your budget. Not sure which is right for your yard? We’ll walk you through the options and give you an honest recommendation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paradise Pavers and Landscaping completed my turf project today and went above and beyond. One thing I noticed was the crew cleaning up as they worked and were super efficient. My project had a pretty significant slope and they were able to level everything out. Father and Son owned and the crew was great. Highly recommend!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We could not be happier with our backyard renovation! The transformation is absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the pavers and artificial turf to the outdoor lighting and pergola, every detail came together beautifully and completely changed the look and feel of our backyard.

The quality of the workmanship really stands out. The pavers are beautifully installed, the turf looks natural and gives the yard such a clean, finished appearance, and the lighting makes the entire space look amazing at night. The pergola was the perfect finishing touch and has turned our backyard into a space that truly feels like an extension of our home.

One of the things we especially appreciated was working with a family-owned business. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, their reputation, and the quality of the work they put their name on. That personal touch made a difference throughout the entire project.

We also truly appreciated that they offer a first responder discount. That recognition and support means a great deal to our family and says a lot about their commitment to the community they serve.

What impressed us most was the attention to detail, professionalism, communication, and pride in the finished product. Everything looks intentional, polished, and professionally done. This wasn’t simply a landscaping project—it was a complete transformation of our outdoor space.

We now have a backyard that we genuinely love spending time in and are proud to share with family and friends. If you’re considering a backyard renovation, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful family-owned business. Five stars truly doesn’t feel like enough for the quality of the work, customer service, and beautiful final result!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give Paradise Pavers and Landscaping more than 5 stars, I would! They completely transformed our yard from a dry, dusty dirt lot into a true tropical retreat.
From our very first meeting, Tom and his son Garrett were on point, honest, and completely professional. They took the time to truly understand our vision, worked closely with us to ensure we got everything we wanted, and kept us right on budget. They set clear timeline expectations and delivered exactly on schedule.
Even when my wife had some last-minute adjustments, they didn't miss a beat—they stayed on stride and made sure every detail was dialed in to our liking. Tom and Garrett said their goal was for us to fall in love with our yard, and they delivered 100%. If you need landscaping or hardscaping done right, call Paradise Pavers and Landscaping!
